In Course 7 (Cybersecurity Architecture) of the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst program, graded assignments from Module 2 onwards show “This item will be unlocked when the session begins.” This prevents me from completing Modules 2–5 and progressing to the next course (Cybersecurity Compliance Framework, Standards & Regulations). If unlocking takes weeks or months, my subscription period will keep extending. As a goodwill gesture, please make the course free until active and refund the amount I’ve paid, since this delay blocks me from completing the program and earning my certificate within my targeted timeline.
