Nuria Chinchilla is Professor in the Managing People in Organizations Department and holds the Carmina Roca and Rafael Pich-Aguilera Women and Leadership Chair. She is the founder of the International Center for Work & Family (IESE Business School) and the I-WiL Initiative (IESE Women in Leadership). Professor Chinchilla holds a Bachelor Degree in Law, an MBA, and two doctorates: one in Economics (IESE, University of Navarra) and the other in Business Management (University of Navarra).
