If leaders actually went by this course, they would literally have no time to do any actual work, because they would be spending all of their time trying to figure out what their employees were feeling and how to best make them feel better. This course was a joke. You can be a good person and not go this far outside the realm of sanity to actually try and follow what this course says leaders should do.
