You'll respond to common Confluence requests using official help resources, design & deliver a 45-minute lunch-and-learn, & evaluate post-training feedback to improve materials. You will interpret Confluence usage reports to distinguish meaningful trends from noise, run Page Activity Reports filtered by time period & export results to PDF, & build live project reports in Confluence and Jira surfacing KPIs and burndown trends. You will also design insight-driven dashboards, evaluate them against stakeholder feedback, & refine them for clarity and decision-making impact.
